Following Letter No. 180-163 dated 1448/3/26, Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality will lease three urban rapid-transit parking sites for a period of three years through a bidding process.

With reference to our letter No.180-163, dated 1448/3/26, it is hereby stated that:

Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease, through a bidding process, three urban express parking areas owned by the Municipality for a period of three years during the current year, located at (between Ghazanfar Square and Kamal Nabi-Zada Square, opposite Qalin-Froshi Restaurant, and the parking area on the road opposite Karte Mamorin), in order to strengthen its financial capacity.

Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in participating in the bidding and entering into a contract in accordance with the provided bidding documents shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of this notice. They shall personally visit the Procurement and Contracts Directorate within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice and, pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedures, obtain the bidding documents in soft copy free of charge from the Procurement and Contracts Directorate.

Applicants are advised to review the terms and specifications. One of the eligibility requirements is proof of no outstanding debts/arrears, and the lease security deposit shall be collected in cash.
