This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the concreting of the road in front of the industrial parks to Pistah Mazar located in the area of ​​the first district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure Sectoral and Technical Directorate to Tanveer Balkh Construction Company, holder of license number 50571 at a total price of 8059992 Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal procedures.
