Announcement of Contract Award for the Noor Khoda Road Paving and Asphalt Project

Hereby, pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the paving and asphalt works of Noor Khoda Road, in accordance with the design and estimated bill prepared by the Directorate of Technical and Professional Services, bearing Identification No. 1405/007 MAZ/MUN, to the Tariq Shafiq Construction Company, holder of License No. (D-24072), for a total contract amount of AFN 27,786,600 (Twenty-Seven Million, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Afghanis).

Any natural or legal entity having any objection regarding this matter may submit its objection in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Rawza Mubarak, Balkh Province, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
