Announcement of award of contract for concreting of 250 meters long back road of p project houses located in the area of the eighth district of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality
In accordance with clause 2 of article 43 of the Procurement Law, the companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to sign the contract for the concreting of the long back road of the houses of Project P with a length of 250 meters located in the area of the eighth district of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality. The contract is to be signed with Karwan Hamidi Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number (93762) for the total amount of (1,638,720) one million six hundred and thirty eight thousand seven hundred and twenty Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing with reasons to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality located east of Roza-e-Mubarak - Balkh Province within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the above deadlines are completed and during the subsequent legal proceedings. and peace
