Announcement of Contract Award for the Asphalting and Paving Project of Band-e-Amir Road, Located in Project R, within the Jurisdiction of District 2 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality!

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the asphalting and paving of Band-e-Amir Road, located in Project R, within District 2 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, to Hussain Khalis-Dani Construction and Road-Building Company, holding License No. (D-01-478), at a total contract price of AFN 8,448,503.4 (Eight Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Three Afghanis and Four Dimes).

Any natural or legal persons or companies having objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting evidence, to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality Directorate, located east of the Holy Shrine in Balkh Province, within five calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
