Announcement of the concreting of the Karte-e-Solh Road "M" Project (Afghan Building) located in the seventh district

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the concreting of the Karte-e-Solh Road "M" Project (Afghan Building) located in the seventh district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the estimate table of the Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the respected Azim Salim Construction Company, holder of the November 90131 license at a total price of 5426000 five million four hundred and twenty thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
