Announcement of the construction of mosaic work from Kamal Nabizada Square to the intersection of the Court of Appeal of Balkh Province

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the construction of mosaic work from Kamal Nabizada Square to the intersection of the Court of Appeal of Balkh Province, according to the schedule of the General Management of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Professional Directorate, to the esteemed Basir Madad Construction Company, holder of license No. 30739-D, for a total price of 3202400 million two hundred and two thousand four hundred Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
