Announcement of contract for the construction and erection of a single essential fuel tank for the Municipality located in Karte Ariana, District 10

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the construction and erection of a single essential fuel tank for the Municipality located in Karte Ariana, District 10, mazar Sharif Municipality according to the estimate table of the Technical and Professional Services Department to the esteemed Kankash Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 121-01-D, for a total price of 5,672,930 Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal stages.
