Announcement of The Greening of Flower Pots And Roads In The City of Mazar-e-Sharif

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of the forty-third article of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering the contract for the greening of flower pots and roads in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif with maintenance and care for one year according to the table and spatial photo of the general management of engineering to Behar Derakhshan Services Company, the holder of license number 92116 for the total price of 11052732 eleven million and fifty two thousand seven hundred and thirty two Afghanis. Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and the next legal steps, the contract will not be concluded.
