Announcement of Mazar Sharif Municipality

Announcement of awarding the contract for renovations and equipment of the municipal conference hall located in Khaled Ibn Waleed Mazar e Sharif project according to the dimensions and estimates.
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law, the public is informed that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the renovation and equipment of the conference hall of the municipality located in Khalid bin Waleed project in Mazar-e-Sharif according to the dimensions and estimates to Samim construction and government company. Iqbal is the employee of license number 37416 for the total price of 4787088 four million seven hundred eighty seven thousand eighty eight Afghani.
Real persons and companies who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons to Mazar Municipality from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This amendment does not mean a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the following legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
