Announcement of supply and purchase of four Forner type vehicles

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the supply and purchase of four Forner type vehicles required by the Municipality according to the specifications table to Deshak Hilah Logistics and Construction Services Company holder of license number 57938, at a total price of 4630,000, four million, six hundred and thirty thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract, and the contract will not be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and during the subsequent legal stages.
