Announcement of the survey, planning, design and laboratory tests of the Etafrat Road from Al-Fath Mosque to Shahr-e-Naw Intersection and from Amir Ali Sher Nawai Industrial Park to the eastern belt of Mazar-e-Sharif city

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the survey, planning, design and laboratory tests of the Etafrat Road from Al-Fath Mosque to Shahr-e-Naw Intersection and from Amir Ali Sher Nawai Industrial Park to the eastern belt of Mazar-e-Sharif city, according to the estimate table of the Sectoral and Professional Directorate, to the esteemed Zia Faisal Construction Engineering and Road Construction Services Limited, holder of license number 91745, at a total price of 3,094,000 three million ninety-four thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
