Following our previous letter, Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality intends to lease out five of its restroom and ablution facilities around the Holy Shrine (Rowza Mubarak) through a bidding process in 1405.

Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for the contract in accordance with the given conditions shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and shall refer to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (7) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and shall provide a cash guarantee of 175,000, one hundred and seventy-five thousand Afghanis. According to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain a printed copy from the Procurement and Contracts Department by paying the price of the conditions in the amount of 1,000 Afghanis. The conditions and specifications shall be considered, and the condition of non-existence shall be considered, and one-third of the rent shall be collected in cash.
