The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to construct a flood barrier in the industrial parks area of ​​the 6th district of the municipality in accordance with its development plan for the fiscal year 1403, according to the plan and volume estimate of the General Engineering Directorate.
Companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions and specifications given should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and refer themselves to the General Procurement Directorate of the Municipality within seven calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee of 450,000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee. The terms and conditions and specifications are subject to non-remaining conditions. Also, according to Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidder can obtain a printed copy by paying 1,000 Afghanis.
