Construction and road-building companies wishing to bid for this contract must submit their applications, in accordance with the bidding documents and bill of quantities, to the Procurement Directorate of the Municipality starting from the announcement publication date. They should personally visit the Office of Procurement and Contracts within 21 calendar days from the publication date. In accordance with Resolution No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no guarantee is required. Reviewing the bidding documents and specifications is mandatory, and having no tax/financial liabilities is a condition for participation. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedure, bidders can obtain a printed copy of the documents by paying a fee of 1,000 Afghanis.
