Mr. Zabiullah Mirhamza, with a bid of AFN 1,310,000, has been declared the successful bidder for the lease of 20 public toilets and the parking area at Mandawi Ghala, District Two.

"Individuals, companies, and institutions interested in bidding for this lease contract are requested to submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality from the date of this announcement's publication. They must personally visit the Office of Contract Facilitation Management within seven (7) calendar days from the publication date. In accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no bid security (guarantee) will be collected. Pursuant to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, the printed copy of the bidding documents (Specification Sheet) can be obtained from the Procurement and Contracts Directorate upon payment of 1,000 AFN. Reviewing the bidding terms and specifications is mandatory; the condition for participation is having no outstanding tax debts or liabilities, and the security deposit for the lease shall be collected in cash.
