The Municipality Administration of Mazar-i-Sharif intends to fundamentally asphalt and pave the first phase of Siah Gerd Road, in accordance with its development plan for the year 1405.

Construction companies wishing to bid for this contract must submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, in accordance with the provided terms and specifications sheet, from the date of the announcement publication. Furthermore, they are required to visit the Procurement and Contracts Directorate office within 21 calendar days from the publication date to review the terms and specifications. Clearance of any outstanding financial dues is a mandatory condition for participation. Additionally, pursuant to Article 29 and Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedures, bidders may obtain a printed copy of the documents upon paying a fee of 1,000 (one thousand) AFN.
