Contract Award Notice for the Road Patching Project at Various Locations within Mazar-i-Sharif City and Its 12 Municipal Districts!

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, all companies are hereby informed that Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality intends to award the Road Patching Project at Various Locations within Mazar-i-Sharif City and its 12 Municipal Districts, Procurement Reference No. MAZ/MUN/1405/010, in accordance with the approved technical specifications, to Bilal Mateen Construction and Road Building Company, License No. 29-01-1028, for a total contract amount of AFN 8,643,480 (Eight Million Six Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Afghanis).

Any natural or legal person wishing to object may submit a written objection, together with supporting evidence, to the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine in Balkh Province, within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the execution of the contract. The contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned period has expired and all subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
