The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to concrete the Karte-e-Solh Road, Project 'M' behind the high-rise buildings (Afghan Building) with a length of 505 meters in accordance with its development plan for the year 1404. Construction companies that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions and the table of specifications, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and they should themselves visit the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee bond in the amount of 225,000, two hundred and twenty-five thousand Afghanis. The terms and conditions and specifications are subject to the condition of non-existence. Furthermore, according to Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidder should obtain the printed copy by paying 1,000, one thousand Afghanis.
