Announcement of contract for the construction of a flood barrier on the industrial parks

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the construction of a flood barrier on the industrial parks of the 6th District Directorate of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate to the Samim Iqbal Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 37416, for a total price of 8523500 million Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
