Auction of The copper market (mall bazar)

Abdul Khalil son of Abdul Jalil has been declared the winner of the tender for the annual lease of the copper market (mall bazar) for the amount of 23040000, twenty-three million and forty thousand Afghanis.
Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for it in the form of a contract, according to the given conditions should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and refer themselves to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (3) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a cash guarantee of 1150000 one million and one hundred and fifty thousand Afghanis.
According to Article 29, paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure obtain a printed copy from the Contract Facilitation Management by paying the price of the tender of 2000 two thousand Afghanis. The tender and specifications should be considered, considering the condition of non-existence. The deposit and guarantee will be collected in cash.
