Tender Announcement of nineteen underground buildings opposite Sultan Ghiasudidin School

In order to strengthen its financial base the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to lease nineteen underground buildings opposite Sultan Ghiasudidin School, located in the first district of Mazar-e-Sharif, for rent in the fiscal year 1404 through a tender.
Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the given conditions, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and refer themselves to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (21) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a cash guarantee of 10,000 ten thousand Afghanis. According to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure, obtain the printed copy from the Contract Facilitation Management by paying the price of the guarantee of 500 five hundred Afghanis. Consider the conditions and specifications and the condition of non-existence is that the guarantee is taken in cash.
