The Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to asphalt and pave the road from Amir Ali Sher Nawai Industrial Park to the eastern belt of Mazar-e-Sharif city, which is five kilometers long, according to the size and estimate plan of the Technical and Professional Services Department. Construction companies, road construction companies and institutions that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms of the plan and the estimate table, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and they should visit the Procurement Department office within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee in the form of a bond grant in the amount of 800,000, eight million Afghanis. The terms of the agreement and specifications are subject to the condition of non-existence. Also, according to Order 29 and Clause 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidders should obtain a printed copy by paying the amount of 1,000 Afghanis.
