The Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality intends to decorate, illuminate, and maintain (for one year) 47 kilometers of main and side roads according to its 1405 development plan, as well as purchase and install 70 sets of 12V battery-powered timer relay sensors.

Interested engineering services, logistics, and design companies wishing to bid for this contract must submit their applications, in accordance with the specified terms and estimates, to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality from the date of this announcement. Applicants must personally visit the Procurement and Contracts Office within 11 calendar days of publication to review the terms and specifications—provided they have no outstanding financial liabilities—and obtain a printed copy of the bidding documents upon payment of 1,000 AFN, pursuant to Article 29 and Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedures.
