Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality plans to implement the second phase of the New Municipal Market in District 1, as a continuation of Phase One, under its 2026 Development Plan.

Respected construction and road construction companies interested in submitting bids for the contract may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the bidding documents and the provided estimate. They shall also visit the Procurement and Contracts Department within 11 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. The required bid security shall be obtained in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission. Applicants may review the bidding documents and specifications and obtain a soft copy and summary of the bidding documents free of charge.
