Announcement of the project of widening, bitumen and asphalting the four sides of Chowk Ferdowsi in Mazar-e-Sharif city

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the project of widening, bitumen and asphalting the four sides of Chowk Ferdowsi in Mazar-e-Sharif city, according to the estimate table of the Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the esteemed construction and road construction companies New Peak, Abrar and Mahmoudi, holders of license numbers 1142-01-D and 58938, at a total price of 13625304 thirteen million, six hundred and twenty-five thousand, three hundred and four Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
