Announcement of the contract for the equipment project of nineteen traffic signal lights, along with their maintenance and care for one year

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the equipment project of nineteen traffic signal lights, along with their maintenance and care for one year, according to the estimate table of the Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the esteemed Basit Bilal Habibzada Construction Company Limited, holder of license number 53422, for a total price of 7,564,000 seven million five hundred and sixty-four thousand Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal stages.
