The Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality intends to fundamentally asphalt the 1+174 km Karte Amani Central Road in District Seven , according to its fiscal year 1405 development plan and engineering maps.

Construction companies, road construction companies and institutions that wish to open bids for the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions and the estimated schedule shall submit their applications to the Procurement Department of the Municipality Administration from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the Procurement and Contracts Department office within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement. A guarantee shall not be taken in accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission. Consideration of the terms and conditions and specifications shall be the condition of non-existence. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 9 of the Procurement Procedure, the bidders shall obtain a printed copy by paying the amount of 1,000 Afghanis.
