اداره شاروالی مزارشریف در نظر دارد تا در سال جاری طبق هدایت مقام محترم ولایت بلخ پروژه ساخت و ساز و اعمار‌یک‌محراب مسجد بنام الفتح را در چوک کامگار ساحه ناحیه هفتم شاروالی شهر مزارشریف بشکل اساسی مطابق نقشه و احجام اعمار نماید.

شرکتها ساختمانی و موسساتیکه خواهش آفر گشایی آنرا طوری قرارداد داشته باشند مطابق شرطنامه درخواست های خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی مدت (۱۴) یوم بمدیریت عمومی تدارکات و قراردادها شاروالی مزارشریف سپرده و خود شان بروز معینه نزد هیئت مراجعه نموده شرطنامه و مشخصات را ملاحظه شرط و شمول عدم باقیداری بوده و تضمین نقدا اخذ میگردد.
