Announcement of awarding the contract for the procurement and supply of twelve cleaning and transportation vehicles for the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality Directorate.

This is to inform all companies, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, that the Municipality of Mazar-i-Sharif intends to award the contract for the procurement and supply of twelve cleaning and transportation vehicles (Eco type) required by the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality Directorate. This procurement is based on the specifications table prepared by the Sectoral and Technical Directorate, under identification number MAZ/MUN/1405/005, to the respected company “Logistical Services Dehood Project,” holding license number 46963, with a total contract value of (26,016,000) twenty-six million sixteen thousand Afghanis.

Any natural or legal persons who have any objection in this regard may submit their objections along with relevant reasons within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to the Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Sacred Shrine in Balkh Province, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract award, and the contract will not be concluded until the expiry of the above-mentioned period and completion of further legal procedures.
