Respected construction and road construction companies wishing to submit bids for the contract may submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, in accordance with the provided bidding documents and estimate. They shall also visit the Procurement and Contracts Department within 11 calendar days from the date of publication of the notice. In accordance with Decision No. 867 of the National Procurement Commission, no bid security shall be required. The bidding documents and specifications may be reviewed; the participation condition is non-competitive, and a soft copy and summary of the bidding documents will be provided free of charge.
