Contract Award Announcement for the Construction of Roadside Drainage Channels in the Project EIS Area, within the Jurisdiction of District 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality!

In accordance with Clause 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the general public and all companies are hereby informed that the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for the construction of roadside drainage channels in Project S, located within the jurisdiction of the 9th District of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, bearing TIN No. 1015913161, to Hussain Khalisdadi Construction and Road Construction Company, under License No. (D-01-478), at a total contract price of AFN 3,084,740.75 (Three Million Eighty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Afghanis and Seventy-Five Pul).

Natural and legal persons or companies having any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Office of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, located east of the Holy Shrine, Balkh Province, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has elapsed and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
