Announcement of Mazar Sharif Municipality

It is hereby brought to the public notice of companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality intends to award the renovation and equipment of the ring road from Ferdowsi Chowk to Barkat Chowk in Mazar-e-Sharif to Basit Bilal Habib Construction Company.  Zadeh Lamted, the holder of license 53422, to give five million six hundred and thirty five thousand and two hundred Afghanis for the price of 5635200.
 Individuals and individuals who have any objections in the context can submit their objections in writing along with the reasons for seven days from the date of publication of the notice to Mazar Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
 This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the following legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
