Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the announcement to the head of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned period and during the next legal steps, the contract will not be concluded.
