It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for concreting the roads around and in front of Tarbia Moalem located in project S of the 9th district of Mazar-e-Sharif municipality according to the dimensions and estimates of the sector directorate and professional to give the construction and road construction company Deshak Hala, the holder of license number 57938, for the total price of 8847397.8 eight million eight hundred forty seven thousand three hundred ninety seven decimal eight Afghanis.
Real persons and companies who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
