Individuals, companies and institutions who have a request to tender it as a contract, according to the given contract, submit their requests to the Directorate of Procurement and Contracts of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipal Administration from the date of publication of the notice and after the date of publication of the notice submit their requests to the Facilitation Management Office for a period of 21 calendar days. The contracts are referred to the cash guarantee is in the amount of 5000 five thousand afghanis, according to the terms and conditions the condition of non-residuals is included and the guarantee is taken in cash and also according to the order 29 and paragraph 8 of the procurement procedure the tenderer must pay the amount of 500 five hundred afghanis.
