Announcement of contract for drilling a deep water

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for drilling a deep water well with its equipment, a health necessity for the Office of the Cleaning and Greenery Department located in Karte Ariana, District 10, Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate, to Azim Salim Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 90131, for a total price of 1050,000.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period, and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
