Announcement of Mazar Sharif Municipality

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the construction of a 672-meter-long concrete channel located in the industrial parks of the sixth district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plans and estimates of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate to Tanveer Balkh Construction Company, holder of license stamp 50571, for a total price of 3250020 three million, two hundred and fifty thousand and twenty Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
