Announcement of contract for the concreting of the Karte Zahiruddin Faryabi Road

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the concreting of the Karte Zahiruddin Faryabi Road from  Mazar-Sheberghan Road to  Mazar-Dehdadi Road located in the fourth district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the plan and estimate of the General Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Technical Directorate to the Khurshid Watan Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 93930, at a total price of 6560385, six million, five hundred and sixty thousand, three hundred and eighty-five Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal procedures.
