Announcement of paving and asphalting, widening the valid road of the Kifayat intersection to the past the ring road of Project S located in the fourth and ninth districts

Hereby, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality intends to award the contract for paving and asphalting, widening the valid road of the Kifayat intersection to the past the ring road of Project S located in the fourth and ninth districts of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality according to the plan and general management. Logistics, construction and road construction services will be awarded to Deshak Hilah and Memar Watan Sabz, holders of licenses No. 57938 and No. 40663, at a total price of 74496080, seventy-four million, four hundred and ninety-six thousand eighty Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit a written objection, together with the reasons to the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal stages.
