Construction companies that wish to bid for it as a contract, according to the terms and conditions and the table of specifications given, should submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and they should themselves refer to the office of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality within 21 calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and provide a guarantee bond of 18,000, eighteen thousand Afghanis.
