Announcement of the greening of various parts of the city of Mazar-e-Sharif

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the greening of various parts of the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, including its one-year maintenance and care according to the estimate table of the General Management of Engineering and Infrastructure, Sectoral and Professional Directorate to the esteemed Hamid Ahtizaz Construction and Engineering Company, holder of license number 53111, for a total price of 14991641 Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal stages.
