Auction Of the four toilets located in front of the entrance of the Mazar-e Sharif Municipality, Bandar Yalmarb, opposite Arya Market and two toilets of the insaf Market

Abdul Jamil son of Ajab Khan has been declared the winner of the tender for the lease of four toilets located in front of the entrance of the Mazar-e Sharif Municipality, Bandar Yalmarb, opposite Arya Market and two toilets of the insaf Market owned by the Mazar-e Sharif Municipality for an annual amount of 120,000 million and two hundred thousand Afghanis. Individuals, companies and institutions that wish to bid for it in the form of a contract in accordance with the given conditions shall submit their applications to the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Mazar-e Sharif Municipality from the date of publication of the announcement and shall themselves refer to the Contract Facilitation Management Office within (7) calendar days after the date of publication of the announcement and shall provide a cash guarantee of 70000, seventy thousand Afghanis. According to Article 29, Paragraph 8 of the Procurement Procedure obtain the printed copy from the Contract Facilitation Management by paying the price of the guarantee of 500,500 Afghanis. Please note that the conditions and specifications include the condition of non-existence. The guarantee and one-third of the rent shall be collected in cash.
