Announcement of the asphalting and paving of the industrial park road with a length of 1,167 square meters located in the first district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif

It is hereby notified to the general public that pursuant to Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law, the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the asphalting and paving of the industrial park road with a length of 1,167 square meters located in the first district of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the estimate table of the Sectoral and Professional Directorate, to the esteemed construction and road construction companies New Peak, Abrar and Mahmoudi, holders of licenses No. 58938-1142-01-D, at a total price of 38839710, thirty-eight million, eight hundred and thirty-nine thousand, seven hundred and ten Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not constitute a contractual obligation until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
