Announcement of the asphalting and paving of a 20-meter road, Project 'B', located at the Chaghdak Pass, District 4, Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the asphalting and paving of a 20-meter road, Project 'B', located at the Chaghdak Pass, District 4, Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, according to the estimate table of the Technical and Professional Services Department to the esteemed Balkh Istanbul Asia International Construction Company, holder of license number 2030-01-D, for a total price of 17,732,000, seventeen million, seven hundred and thirty-two thousand Afghanis. 
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. 
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
