Announcement of the contract for the construction of five modern toilets in the courtyard of the Cleaning and Greenery Department located in Karte Ariana, District 10 of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to award the contract for the construction of five modern toilets in the courtyard of the Cleaning and Greenery Department located in Karte Ariana, District 10 of the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the estimate table of the Technical and Professional Services Department, to the esteemed Ahmad Elias Khairkhah Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number 84272, for a total price of 576732,19 five hundred and seventy-six thousand, seven hundred and thirty-two and nineteen Afghanis.
Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the aforementioned period and the contract will not be concluded during the subsequent legal stages.
