Tender announcement of The Concrete Project of Amani 14 street

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies, in accordance with paragraph 2 of the forty-third article of the procurement law, Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the concreting of road 14 of Amani Karte, located in the 7th district of Mazar-e-Sharif, according to the dimensions and estimate of the general engineering management of the sectoral and technical department. Samim Iqbal Construction Company, holder of license number 37416, for the total price of 2734600 two million seven hundred thirty four thousand six hundred Afghani.
Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it within seven calendar days from the date of publication of the notice to Mazar Sharif Municipality according to the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the above-mentioned deadline is completed and the contract will not be concluded during the following legal procedures.
