Announcement of awarding a contract for the illumination and decoration of the Huzoor Garden with its equipment located in the area of ​​the Fifth District Administration of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality.

This is to inform all companies in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Procurement Law that the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif intends to conclude a contract for the lighting and decoration of the Huzoor Garden with its equipment, which has the identification number 1404/032 MAZ/MUN, with the Kankash Construction and Road Construction Company, holder of license number (121-01-0), for a total price of (4,993,850) four million nine hundred ninety-three thousand eight hundred fifty Afghanis. Real and legal companies that have any objections in this regard can submit their objections in writing, along with their reasons, to the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif, located east of the Holy Shrine - Balkh Province, within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law. This announcement does not mean the conclusion of a contract and the contract will not be concluded until the completion of the aforementioned period and during the subsequent legal procedures.
