Announcement for the project of a modern commercial basement on a parallel land area of 1282 square meters opposite the pavement of Ariana Market.

It is hereby notified to all respected investors, reputable construction companies, and qualified applicants that Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality, pursuant to Decree No. 6068 dated 15/12/1447 issued by the respected Provincial Governorate, intends to advertise the project for the construction of a commercial basement on its own property—a parallel land area of 1282 square meters located opposite the pavement of Ariana Market, west of the Holy Shrine (Rowza Mubarak)—through a Public-Private Partnership for a period of five days.

All respected investors and major construction companies possessing the necessary technical and financial capacity are requested to visit the Procurement and Contracts Directorate of Mazar-i-Sharif Municipality to obtain the bidding terms and conditions (specification sheet). Furthermore, bidders are required to prepare their designs, proposals, and business plans in accordance with the provisions of the bidding documents and based on standard criteria, and to attend the bid-opening session, which will be held on the specified date, along with the relevant documents. Proposals and bids submitted after the expiration of the aforementioned deadline will not be accepted and will not be considered for evaluation.
