Announcement of Supply of 1020 MB of Internet Needed By The Central Branches And The Twelve Districts

It is hereby brought to the notice of the public companies in accordance with paragraph 2 of the forty-third article of the procurement law that Mazar-e-Sharif municipality is considering a contract for the provision and supply of 1020 MB of internet needed by the central branches and the twelve districts according to the estimation and needs assessment of the Directorate of Information Technology and IFMS to grant the Internet service company Mateen Net, the holder of license number 80182, for the total price of 459000 four hundred and fifty-nine thousand Afghanis.
Individuals and legal entities who have any objection in the context can submit their objection in writing along with the reasons for it from the date of publication of the notice up to a period of seven calendar days, according to the provisions of Article 50 of the procurement law.
This notification does not mean the conclusion of a contract until the completion of the above-mentioned deadlines and during the following legal procedures the contract will not be concluded.
